Successful neighbourhoods

We took ownership of 4500 properties from Manchester City Council following a stock transfer in 2008 and we are now delivering an ambitious programme of home and neighbourhood improvements to cement the long term success of our communities and make a real difference to the people living there.

Community leader

As a leader in our communities we make sure that we maximise opportunities for residents, and we are at the forefront of tackling important issues such as anti-social behaviour, worklessness and employability, social and financial exclusion, youth engagement, sustainability, and community cohesion.
