Block inspections
Take a good look: we want you to join us when we inspect your block.
Do you live in a City South Manchester block of flats? Do you want to help us keep your block in tip-top condition, and tell us face-to-face what’s good and what needs sorting out?
If you’re a tenant or have bought your flat, come and join us on one of our regular block inspections.
Top to bottom
We give your block a thorough check from top to bottom. We inspect lift alarms and dry-risers to make sure they’re safe and working properly. We look closely at things like corridors, landings, stairways, lighting, bin chutes, bin rooms, gardens and the surrounding area.
Meet us in the communal area and join us as we go round your block. Tell us your concerns, and point out problems.
