Empty City South homes: our standards
We try to keep the number of empty homes down - and so prevent neighbourhoods going into decline - by tackling anti-social behaviour, asking tenants why they're leaving, helping local people improve the area, and supporting those who need a hand to stay in their home.

We look out for abandoned homes and act quickly to find new tenants.
But with around 4,400 homes to manage, and people moving in and out each week, some homes will always be empty. So we must get new tenants in quickly.
