What to do if your rent account is in credit
If your account is in credit by one week's payment or more, you can stop paying your rent until the credit has gone.
For example if you have three week's credit you can stop paying for three weeks.
But if that is difficult to organise - because you pay by standing order for example - you can get a refund of the money instead. Contact us to find out how.
