Our online repairs ordering service is currently unavailable due to some

Order your repair and book an appointment here - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Answer a few simple questions, then pick from a range of appointments. Make a note of the appointment date and time and make sure someone is in when we come. Don't forget to check the worker's identity card.
If you don't need a repair at the moment but you want to see how the system works, try it out first.
You can order almost every repair and book an appointment online. But if you can't see the repair you need, or you have any other problem phone 0800 840 1444, Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
