After the repair
Here are the standards you can expect after we have done a repair:

- We will send you a form asking you how satisfied you were with the work. There will be a freepost envelope for you to send back the form.
- If you tell us you were not happy with the work, we will investigate the situation. If there is still a problem we will put it right.
- We will regularly publish our repairs performance (for example how many jobs are done on time) on the internet and in City South publications.
