As a City South tenant you get a free service and safety check of your gas equipment and smoke alarms. And it's not just a one-off - we come round every year to do this vital work.
We've teamed-up with a company called PH Jones. Their fully-qualified gas engineers give your home the expert treatment to make sure it meets legal gas safety regulations. The work helps keep your heating bills down, and gives you peace of mind too.
When are we coming?
PH Jones has a flexible appointment system - we will write to you about when they can come to your home. We're sure that you will be happy to keep the appointment. But there are one or two people who refuse to let us in. If this happens we apply to the court to get an injunction to make sure we can do this essential work. The legal costs can be passed on to the tenant.
