At City South we put our customers' views at the heart of what we do. We value your opinion and want you to tell us what you think about the way we run our organisation.

But sometimes our services may not meet your expectations, and if this happens we want to hear about it. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently and use your complaint to continue to improve the service we provide.
