We often use focus and special interest groups to test attitudes towards services to help us develop and improve them.
These are one-off meetings, held at times and venues which suit those who are take part. Issues focus groups have looked at in the past include reviewing the leaseholder handbook, improving customer involvement and how to encourage and reward customer involvement and improving a variety of neighbourhood services.
Focus groups usually last 2 – 3 hours and we will reimburse any travel or other reasonable costs. All participants will also receive either a £10 gift voucher or a free theatre or cinema trip.
