The Big Listen
The Big Listen is a massive effort to improve how we listen to you. It’s about making sure that the things you tell us really help to improve our services. It’s basically a big conversation about making life better for you.
Since we launched The Big Listen at the end of last year we’ve been busy introducing different ways of listening to you, such as new surveys, focus groups and panels. We’ll keep this page updated with information about what we’re up to, how you can get involved, and what improvements we’re making as a result of what you tell us. We’re listening. Which means that it’s time to start talking!
What you said
We’re always looking at ways to make things easier for our customers. It’s why we’ve introduced a new way for you to share your thoughts, feelings and ideas about City South. When we launched The Big Listen, we set up a video diary – giving everyone the chance to sit down and share. Find out what people had to say to our City South camera.
Readers' panel

Youth forum
16 - 25 years of age? Do you want more of a say in your neighbourhood? Do you need support to find work or training? How about the chance to meet others like you or get involved with the arts? Good customer service
We want to be sure that we’re getting it right. Which is why we’re introducing new and improved satisfaction surveys. As well as these regular checks, we’re always listening to your thoughts and ideas about our customer service. So please help us do our best for you. Multi-storey residents panel
We want to hear from anyone living in Ledburn Court, St. Georges Court, Thomas Court or Westcott Court about the first phrase of our improvement work. If you have something to say, why not come along to one of the meetings? These will happen twice a month, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
