We want to be sure that you have a say in your home and your neighbourhood, and that what you say makes a real difference. That’s why we have created our first Customer Involvement plan.

Thanks to all your input and feedback, we’ve now finalised the plan and published it in this handy booklet, Involving You (pdf 1668kb). Inside, you can find out about all the ways that you can help us to improve and how we’ll support you on the way.

There are lots of ways to get involved. You can join your area or resident group. We also have groups for leaseholders and younger people. If you want to get down to business, you can get involved with our policies, publications and even this website. And if you fancy a bit of detective work, why not volunteer to become a mystery shopper or join one of our focus groups? Or, if you want to take more of a back seat, you could just come along to one of the events that we have on throughout the year.

We can even help you further your careers. It’s why we regularly offer training and personal development opportunities. We also offer work with our team, our partners and our building contractors.
