91% of you agreed that tenants who cause damage to their home should be charged.
What we’re doing
We will discuss and agree this policy with our tenants’ groups. Once it’s been agreed, we will let all tenants know which repairs they will have to pay for in the new tenants’ handbook, in our repairs leaflets and on the website.
