What we’re doing
We will talk to tenants about our Equality & Diversity plans and policies in detail. Once this has been agreed, we will tell all tenants in our newsletters and tenants’ handbook, and on the website. Please let us know if you’d like to get involved with this.
We will also meet with well-established local community groups to talk about the best ways to involve older people and people from diverse backgrounds. And we’ll use the results of our customer surveys to make sure we’re communicating with the right people at the right time.
