52% of you were unaware of the appointments slots available. Some of you told us you would like extra appointment slots in the evening and at the weekend.
What we’re doing
We are looking at this with tenants who are involved in the local tenants’ groups and forums. If you would like to get involved with these, let us know.
We will publicise the agreed appointment slot times in our newsletter, repairs leaflets and tenants’ handbook.
We’ll discuss this with tenants and our repairs workers. Let us know if you want to get involved. We will also look a setting up a pilot scheme to test how much of a need there might be for extra time slots.
