What you said
Many of you didn’t know that there are certain repairs that you have to do yourself. Things like decoration, filling cracks in plaster, replacing bulbs or fuses are all the responsibilities of tenants.
What we’re doing
We will let all tenants know about what repairs they have to do in the new tenants’ handbook, repairs leaflets, newsletters and on the website.
