Improvements guide
The map on this page shows how we have divided City South into smaller areas for making home improvements. The list below the map shows when we are coming to these areas, and what improvements we'll make.

It shows how everyone will get at least one major home improvement package within the first two years of going live - from June 2008 to June 2010 - and how all other improvements will be done by 2013.
The list shows three types of improvements:
- internal; a new fitted kitchen, a new fitted bathroom, rewiring, heating upgrade and loft insulation where needed
- external; roof, chimney, repointing, gutters, rainwater pipes, paths, fences and gates, cavity wall insulation, depending on what your home needs
- windows; new secure double-glazed windows, plus front and back doors (if your home needs them)
