Our response
When you ask for our permission to make improvements, we'll visit your home.

We'll write to you within a week of visiting to tell you whether we agree to the work. Please don't start anything until we've agreed in writing to your plans - you could end up having to put it all back again!
If we agree, and you have got the other permissions you need, go ahead and do the work.
If we do not agree, you must not do the work - you could end up having to put it all back again, and we could take legal action against you for breaking the tenancy agreement! You can appeal against the decision - contact us
