Fireworks

In the run up to 5 November, we’re supporting the campaign to keep bonfire season safe.

Who to call

You can report illegal use of fireworks, unlicensed and underage sales by calling
0161 954 9005. You can also call this number to have bonfires removed.

Stay safe and save money by going along to one of Manchester’s organised firework displays. Find out what’s nearest to you. You can also call 0871 2228 223 (calls will cost 10p a minute from a BT landline).

Who’s involved?

The safety phoneline is part of the Treacle, safe4autumn campaign. It is supported by Greater Manchester Crimestoppers, Greater Manchester County Fire Service, Greater Manchester Police, and Manchester City Council.
