- 19 June 2008: Wilbraham Road, Fallowfield, new windows
- 11 June 2008: Hornchurch Court, Hulme, new kitchens and bathrooms
- 5 June 2008: Shawgreen estate, new kitchens and bathrooms
- 4 June 2008: Monton Street estate, new kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and rewiring
- 20 May 2008: Alexandra Park estate (first phase), new windows
