Look out for our local repair workers in their smart new City South vans and jackets.
You might recognise some of them; they did your repairs when you were a council tenant. Now they work full time for us. We trust them to do the best job because they know your neighbourhood like the backs of their hands.
Remember, all our staff, and the staff of our building company partners, carry identification. Beware of bogus callers. Check their identity card and contact us if you’re in any doubt.

It’s easier to see your local housing staff now. You can drop into our brand new office; Turing House (Archway 5, near Asda, Hulme).
And we’re open longer . . .
- Monday 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Tuesday 9am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday 9am to 5:30pm
- Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Friday 9am to 4:30pm
If you can't get down to Turing House you can see us at:
- our local office on Alexandra Road, Moss Side - open Tuesdays from 10am to 12 noon
- Platt Lane Methodist church hall, Fallowfield, Thursdays 10am to 12 noon
- The community house, 191 Wilbraham Road, Fallowfield, Tuesdays 5pm to 7pm
