Help to keep us on our toes! We’ve got five places for you to have your say at this event run by the TSA.

The TSA (Tenant Services Authority) are the new regulators for all social landlords across the country, including us. They make sure that all social housing residents get a better standard of service from their landlord.

At the start of the year, they started the ‘National Conversation’ - listening to what tenants had to say about standards in social housing. Most tenants said their top priorities were repairs and maintenance, health and safety, security and dealing with nuisance behaviour.

On the back of this, the TSA have created a set of standards that social landlords will have to meet in the future - and as they affect you directly, they need to know if you think they’ve got it right.

Here’s your chance

The TSA are about to hold the second round of their ‘National Conversation’ events - giving you the opportunity to have your say on standards for the future.

Our local event is on Wednesday 29 July 2009 from 9.30am to 1.00pm. Lunch, refreshments and transport to the venue in Wythenshawe are all provided.
