We’ve just launched our new in-house call service. Just like before, the service is there for you to request repairs, book appointments, ask about your rent, or report a problem. What’s more, it’s free! Just call 0800 840 1444.

A stress-free switchover

Same hours, same standard of service, but with 12 new team members, we’re sure you’ll notice an improvement. We’re even sending you a fridge magnet to help you remember the new number. And don’t worry if you phone the old number – we’ve recorded a new message with the new number.

Worried about your rent? Need your fence fixing? Problems with your neighbours? Thinking of a home swap? Or do you have a question about the home improvements programme? Whatever your City South question, the answer is simple. Just give us a call.

Phone service times

Just as before, the service will operate between the usual hours: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You can also phone this number in an emergency (where there is a danger to health or safety), 24 hours a day, any day. All calls from landlines are free. However, calls from mobiles will be charged according to your network.
