Office Closures - important information
In order to allow our customer services teams to attend essential staff training our main office at Turing House and our call centre (0800 840 1444) will be closed on one afternoon every month from 1pm. Please find the dates the office and call centre will be closed for the afternoon below.

During these periods you can still call 0800 840 1444 to report a repair. Your call will be transferred to Astraline, our out of hours call handling service. Don't forget you can also access many of our services online. Apologies for any inconvenience.
