Fill in our simple online survey to have your say about how we prioritise our services and what we can do to improve things for you and your community.
We have been talking to a lot of customers, tenant groups and panels over the last few weeks about what will make up our local offer. Thanks to all who have met us and contributed so far and for those of you who haven't there is still time to have your say.
What is the local offer?
Our local offer will outline how we intend to provide locally-focused, high quality services that are shaped and monitored by our customers. It will be published next April and is something all organisations such as City South have to do as part of a new way housing associations are regulated.
Much of the local offer will be made up of the initiatives, policies and service standards we have already agreed with you, covering things such as how we involve our customers, how well we keep your home in a good state of repair, how we allocate our properties, what we do to tackle ASB and our plans to bring wider regeneration to your communities.
