Shape your City South: the survey will help us fit our service to your needs
We’re keen to give you a top-notch service – and we want your views to help us deliver.
We want you to help tailor-make our services rather than simply tell you how things will be. Before we do that, we want to know what you think of the service that transferred to us from the council.
Independent survey
So, after we’ve settled into our new role we’ll send you a survey about your local housing service – including repairs. It’s your chance to tell us what works well, and what we should change.
The survey will be carried out by an independent organisation called MRUK - they’ll be in touch very soon.
