Online - you can order repairs online 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our simple online repairs system, choosing a time that suits you best from the onscreen appointments
Phone - You can ring us to order a repair on 0800 840 1444 between 8am and 5.30pm weekdays (except bank holidays). Call this number outside these hours and on bank holidays for emergencies only.

In person - you can report your repair at our offices at Turing House or to your local neighbourhood officer
What happens next?
We will immediately order the repair or arrange an appointment to check exactly what needs doing. The more urgent it is, the quicker we will do it. We will come to emergency repairs within three hours.
If the repair is indoors, we will agree a suitable appointment with you within our timescales. We will tell you which day we will call, and let you choose one of 4 daytime appointment slots. We will also send you a letter confirming the appointment, unless it’s within the next two days.
