Will Griffiths Court is a retirement housing scheme managed by City South in Moss Side. There are 28 self-contained flats for single people or couples with living room, bedroom, bathroom, gas central heating and fully fitted kitchens.

Our aim is to create a place where residents can live independently but have the peace of mind of an on-site scheme manager, warden call system and other support.

Additional facilities include:
Warden call system - Safety of residents is paramount. All flats are linked to a 24hr warden response service and residents can simply ‘check in’ at the touch of a button each morning and evening giving them greater freedom  and peace of mind.

Communal lounge - Our large, comfortable communal lounge allows residents get together for social activities such as bingo and arts and craft sessions. A communal kitchen and a computer with internet access are also available.

Communal gardens - A large garden area is maintained by City South and is available for all residents to use. Great for summer BBQs!

Communal laundry - A communal laundry is available for all residents to use.
