We use surveys and questionnaires to find out your opinions about the services we provide and how we can improve them. We also use them to consult you on potential changes to services or ideas for new ones.
We currently carry out satisfaction surveys on a number of services. Some run all year while others happen once or twice a year. The 'downloads' section on the right hand side of this page gives a list of the current satisfaction surveys and a timetable of when they take place.
We also use surveys to consult on how we develop services or improve neighbourhoods, many of which offer prize draws ranging from £20 - £250. These may be conducted via paper surveys in reception, by post or by email. Keep an eye out for them. Where possible we will post links to them online so you can give us your views and possibly win a prize.

Cultural consultation survey?
Manchester has lots of cultural venues: theatres, concert halls, museums, galleries and sports stadiums, many of which are close by. We’re trying to find out how much residents in our areas use them and what we could do to help people access all the good stuff on our doorstep.
