We use surveys and questionnaires to find out your opinions about the services we provide and how we can improve them. We also use them to consult you on potential changes to services or ideas for new services.
We do this in a number of ways, including:
We sometimes use specialist independent organisations, where necessary, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
We currently carry out satisfaction surveys on a number of services. Some of them run all year round while others happen once or twice a year. The 'downloads' section on the right hand side of this page gives a list of the current satisfaction surveys and a timetable of when they take place.
We also use surveys to consult on how we develop services or improve neighbourhoods, many of which offer prize draws ranging from £20 - £250 (depending on the survey). As with Satisfaction surveys, these may be conducted via paper surveys in reception, by post or by email. Keep an eye out for these, and where possible we will post links to them online so you can give us your views and (possibly) win a prize.
