Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our property services department.

As part of our Mobile Cleaning Team you will be responsible for ensuring internal and external communal areas in City South Manchester's properties and throughout our neighbourhoods are kept clean and excellent condition.

You will also respond to incidents of fly tipping, maintaining the environment on our estates to the highest standards. Cleaning duties will include jet washing, polishing, removal of any areas of self-seeding vegetation, removal of graffiti from internal and external surfaces and rubbish removal.

You will also be responsible for

  • advising customers about refuse and recycling and the disposal of bulky items
  • timely reporting repairs and maintenance jobs to the repairs team
  • assisting the Grounds Maintenance team when required
  • providing relief caretaking duties as required

Business Support Officer/Data Analyst

We are looking for a Business Support Officer/Data Analyst to provide vital support to ensure the efficient running and continuous improvement of our Repairs and Maintenance Team.

You will be responsible for producing a range of reports and management information in key areas such as emergency jobs, no access tickets, customer satisfaction, productivity of operatives and financial performance.

You will also support the team in other areas such as organising the daily time slots for our repairs operatives, developing process mapping, managing complaints, managing holiday rotas, assisting with workload and productivity mapping, benchmarking and help develop the use of mobile technology to gain further efficiencies in the department.

We are looking for someone with experience of reporting and data analysis, ideally in a repairs and maintenance environment. We require someone who has solid IT skills and has experience of working with bespoke software systems.

Technical Administrator

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to provide a range of administrative support to help ensure our busy repairs and maintenance team operates efficiently and maintains high levels of customer service. You will be a key member of the team, giving administrative support to our Contracts Manager, Business Support, surveyors and team leaders.

Key responsibilities will include processing of day-to-day repair and void job tickets, including entering new jobs on our computer system, telephoning customers to arrange appointments on a daily basis and organising access arrangements for our repairs operatives. You will also help process customer compensation claims and complaints and update our database and customer records.

We are looking for someone who has good IT and communication skills, has a positive 'can do' attitude and has experience of working in a customer focused environment.
