What the job involves
We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work as part of a multi-disciplined group, delivering technical services that support our investment programme, maintenance activity and procurement. You will contribute to the development and implementation of a range of contractual relationships that are designed to meet the Government’s challenges (partnerships, rethinking procurement strategies and relationships within the construction industry). These developments will meet the needs of future stock development options (short-term and long-term).
Who we’re looking for
You will be part qualified, with directly related experience and knowledge of the building, construction and maintenance industries - including contracts, legislation and procurement practices. It is essential that you have a current driving licence as there will be travel within the City South area. Initially, this is a one-year, fixed-term contract; however, if you are looking to develop your career in quantity surveying, we may be able to extend this.
